The actual transportation of shipments is performed by independent third-party logistics companies (the "Carriers").
2. Tracking Information
You need a valid tracking number to use this service. This number is provided by the shipper or the Carrier.
All tracking information displayed on this platform (including but not limited to location, status, estimated times) is sourced from the third-party Carrier's systems. This information may be delayed and is not updated in real-time.
We shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or untimely updates of information caused by Carrier system failures, delays, or data transmission errors. Our company acts solely as an information display platform.
3. Transportation & Delivery
All displayed transit times and estimated delivery dates are provided by Carriers and are for reference only as estimates; they are not guaranteed commitments. Actual transit times may be extended due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, customs inspections, holidays, or operational delays.
Recipient's Responsibility
The recipient is responsible for ensuring the provided delivery address is accurate and complete, and that someone is available to accept the shipment. All consequences arising from an incorrect address, no one available to sign, recipient refusal, or failure to comply with local customs regulations (such as return, detention, additional charges, etc.) shall be borne by the relevant parties.
4. Limitation of Liability
As an information inquiry platform, our company is not directly liable for compensation for any loss, damage, or delay of parcels occurring during transportation by third-party Carriers.
In the event of a transportation issue, the user should contact the responsible shipper or Carrier directly to file a claim. We may provide necessary assistance upon request (e.g., issuing documentation), but the final determination of liability and compensation matters shall follow the Carrier's terms and conditions.
We shall not be liable for any interruption of logistics information or service unavailability caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, war, riots, government actions, network attacks or paralysis, etc.).
5. User Obligations
You understand and agree that the tracking numbers you provide and related inquiry activities shall not be used for any illegal or intrusive purposes.
The final interpretation right of these Service Terms belongs to our company. We reserve the right to update the terms without prior notice.
